My Value Coupons is a site that really brings the social sharing aspect of saving money to the local advertising market. It was a team effort between two other guys and me. We enjoyed working on it, but got caught up at our “real” jobs. I focused mainly on the wireframes here. I used the 960 grid in OmniGraffle, so it would map nicely to the designer’s mockup and the developer’s framework.

I just have to know it would be better to use than Mars Edit 2 (w/ customized template). I was reading that it was possible to create a custom template in Mars Edit that would basically allow previews that look like they will look on your site. Pretty cool. Blogo, on the other hand, actually does look like your site, because it generates live previews on the fly. As I’m typing this, there is an auto-refreshing preview on my other monitor where Blogo is showing me exactly what will be published on my site. Sweet. Worth $25? I don’t know.

I have 21 days left in my trial. Wonder if I can post 21 consecutive days, and see how it’s going to perform.

Someone should give me $25.
